I'm going to have to concur with Ms.Chee. Even if you are going to wait (intercourse) for marriage, which many choose not to do no matter how many Bible verses they read, then it's important to get to know your own body. I believe that if the energy is open and positive then finding pleasure in everything from food, masturbation, life, etc is a normal thing and something that should be encouraged. Esp. for women b/c for so long we have been taught, directly and indirectly, that our bodies are not our own and certainly not for our own pleasure. And not even speaking on a spiritual plane, just medically even, if you don't know yourself how are you going to know when things are awry or when sensations from other people are not the correct ones. Not to mention to withhold psychologically many people begin to have blocks up about their bodies so that when it comes time to have actual sexual intercourse, they can't or not comfortably or effectively.
